Move Transaction and Material Transaction Managers - Interface manager

Hi All

Material Transaction Manager and Move Transaction Manger is not staying as active after launching from Inventory. I know these are used for Manufacturing Transactions.

Does this needs to be active for online transactions from Work in progress.
