How to customize the BPA template for consolidation billing

Hi Friends,

I am working on the consolidated billing requiremen for Japan which is to generate the billing statement using cut off date (Account level and bill to level). currently business has given us a format which they are sending out to its customer and we need to create the same format as an output for the consolidation billing.

can you please help us how we can customize statndard temaplate and if any how to add if additional fieds required. Let me know if you need any additional information..
