Sql Scripts for Asset Transfers

Hi All

I need to write a script to extract records around transfers done during a particular month. Is there anybody out there that have written scripts around asset transfers that will be useful for me to piggy back on. I will need information like asset number, category  of the asset for the transfer from and category for the transfer to area. I will also need amount of the transfer and date that transfer was done.

Any help would be appreciated.
