JDE World A9.4 ECO Parts List-Related Item---- New Component Line Type Error P30131

We are running JD Edwards World A.4

We are experiencing consistent errors on New Component  (NC) processes on the ECO Parts List/Related Item Logic.

The error is prevalent when we have a scenario in the ECO Parts where we are creating a New Component for an active Parent item Bill of Material.

If the parent item in the Item Branch record has a line type of (W) and the new component in the Item Branch record has a line type of (S)….At creation of the Related Item process...the component's line type in the Related Item field will be displayed as (
