Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Obsolete work center expired in routing and replace with new work center - Hours still show for expired work center in F3301,F3311, F3313 & F3312.

How can records be removed for obsolete work center and moved to new work center?

Is there a delete program for capacity files?
