Reset Scheduler Password

Hi, I've got a question regarding the resetting of scheduler passwords.

When resetting a password and activating the prompt for new password functionality the user has to enter a new password when logging in. Is this password send to the scheduler?

According to "SCHED: Scheduled Jobs Fail After User Password is Changed (Doc ID 1057042.1)" the password can only be send through to the scheduler tables by using the new check box on the admin password change form to indicate changing the password in the Scheduler table. However, "BUG: 10997927 : SCHEDULER PASSWORD CHANGE - SAR: 8905971" states that this is triggered by a processing option in P98OWSEC.

Howdy, Stranger!
