Wired Oracle Node reboot mechanism

Node rac1/rac2 in datacenter A

Node rac3 in datacenterB

Both the nodes are in distribution storage:

we just power down all datacenter A:

Node R3 reboot after 21's all disks(including system disks and voting disks and data disks)  offline:

Offline time is 2018-11-06 18:28:35---18:28:56 in storage system log

But we found Oracle rac3 has a reboot at 18:29:04,

We found the storage has offline for 21s, Oracle should not reboot,We don't know the reason why it reboot

This is the log:
