iSupplier - The record contains stale data error

Hi,

We are on R12.2.4

Till yesterday it was working fine.

From today,

While creating a po invoice, i am getting the below error while navigating from step 2 to step 3.

Unable to perform transaction on the record.

Cause: The record contains stale data. The record has been modified by another user.

Action: Cancel the transaction and re-query the record to get the new data.

Does anyone face the same issue ?

Please suggest work arounds and solutions.
