Upgrade to Tools 9.2.3 - Risk

Hi,

We are on tools 9.2.1.4 with App 9.2 and planning to upgrade to 9.2.3 tools which is 64 bit. We have lots of custom code. Once we upgrade to 9.2.3 with 64 bit tools and send our custom code (Par file or ASU) to other system where they still have 32 bit tools. Is there will be any issue or problem? Just wanted to make sure our custom code will work on both 64 bit and 32 bit as well. So all future JDE tools would be with 64 bit. Am I correct?

Please help us to understand the risk/benefit with 64 bit.
