Post Mass Additions, FND_REQUEST

Hi,

I am trying to submit concurrent request from backend for POST MASS ADDITIONS program.

however, when i do this, i get the issue: Request cannot be submitted, "cannot find language information", Cause: The language you specified is not defined;

Can any one please advise me how to resolve the issue
