How communicate between supplier and buyer for procurement contracts finalization?

Dear All Experts,

We have following requirements and need to know the solution for it:

Buyer creates a contract having some clauses and attach it with RFQ (Sourcing). Now while submitting the quotation (iSupplier) supplier identifies some clauses/ terms needs to be changed. For that how Supplier will communicate with buyer through application to change/amend the contracts terms/clauses, so that i can be finalized?

We need to have a complete trail of Supplier and buyer for contract / Clauses/ terms updatation and their communication.
