Inbound Webservice - Filter Business Service

Hi Gurus,

Can we add new tag in the input request of Inbound webservice using Filter Business Service?

Use Case: External System creates an SR and they stored the Siebel SR # in their system. When they want to update the SR status, external system will pass the SR number along with Status. Can we add identify the siebel id based on the SR number using Filter Business Service in request filter Service?
