Procure to Pay with Advanced Pricing

Hi Experts and Gurus.

Need your help to validate the attached requirement from a potential customer.

Most of the functionality the customer needs resides in the Purchasing, Payables and iSupplier modules, but need to understand if the attached requirement can be configured in any of the modules within Oracle eBusiness Suite, e.g., can Advanced Pricing cater to this requirement via configuration (so it is categorized as "Out of the Box" functionality)?

Appreciate if I can get a reply at the earliest possible, as we have a call with the customer this week.
