Service Contract Billing API

We are in process of migrating the Service contracts data from oracle 11i to R12 system.

While migrating contracts billing data, we also need to populate the below tables to avoid the duplicate invoices in R12 which was already invoiced in 11i system

. Do we have any API to populate the data to below tables?

OKS_BILL_CONT_LINES

OKS_BILL_SUB_LINES

OKS_BILL_SUB_LINE_DTLS

OKS_BILL_TRANSACTIONS

OKS_BILL_TXN_LINES
