Equation Engine for Process Financial Aid Years Error

I created an Equation Engine for Process Financial Aid Years and it is working fine in DEV environment. When I migrated it to TEST environment, I am getting a "SQL parm in equation near .. " error. Can you please give me an assistance on how to resolve it? Your help is highly appreciated.
