How do I start Orchestrator Studio and Client

We have installed and configured AIS and ADF for our Tools Release 9.2.1.4 JDE.

I have tried to run Orchestrator studio and client but at best I get  "Error 404--Not Found The server has not found anything matching the Request-URL....."

and for ADF I get a blank screen with a 'help' and 'exit' button.

Am I missing a step? Please advise.
