Can Capital Project Types be billable?

Hello,

I am working on  Oracle Grants Accounting and found that I can Bill an Award which is funding only Capital Projects.

however, in the Capital Project Setup, there is no Billable Flag available.

For the expenses of capital projects, the billable flag is checked though in pa_expenditure_items_all.

Can you please confirm if it is correct that we can bill Capital Projects?

Is there any difference in Invoice of Award Funding Contract Projects and Invoices of Awards funding Capital projects?
