HTML Page - Disbale "Approve", "Reject" Button

Hi All,

We are facing below issue.

User creates RMA.

As soon as it is Booked , it goes to his ManageR.

Manager, request for some additional information.

Again user gets the Notification but he can see " Approve", "Reject Button ". Ideally this should not be the case . So how to deactive these buttons or what is solution for this.
