How to run utilities like adrci,srvctl from remote server

Hello All,

I recently joined a new client where i am given access to the directly to Oracle RAC databases with DBA privilege and no access to the database Hosts.

I have oracle client installed in my local machine.

1.Is it possible to run the command line utilities like adrci,srvctl from remote windows server to administer the rac instances using just (service names) OR (Vip-hostnames with Instance name and port).

2.is there a way to check what all command line utlities i can use from a remote server.
