Hi experts,

I am using the Oracle Assortment Planning and I have a shell script that runs an informalPositionMgr to create a lot of positions on prod hierarchy and I have noticed it takes too long. The script keeps that positions on SKUP position and sometimes create more than 1000 positions per Dept. My question is, Is it normal the process takes too long to run this creation or it is not expected to run for this quantity of informal positions? Another question is how the informalPositionMgr runs behind the scenes, the process of creation is made locking the whole Prod Hierarchy
