ERR_STREAM_EOF and signal 11 while running billing

Hi all,

I encountered signal 11 error while running billing. It seems like it originated from fm_utils_trans_commit. But since I have no visibility of the source code of this out of the box opcode, it is quite hard for me to debug. It only hit one account. Stack trace return from cm.pinlog lokks like below, any idea how I can progress debugging this?
