Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I had been install bssv and deploy package successfully but when i try using soapui and running http://145.47.86.153:88/PY920/RI_AddressBookManager?WSDL had error :

how to troubleshooting on this case ? note: weblogic : 12g (12.2.1.2.0) and tool release 9.2.2.5.0
