Changing costing method from Standard to Lot Costing for Few orgs and Items
Hi All OPM folks, Below is the requirement. 3 OPM enabled organizations in a Legal entity using Standard Costing (assigned on Fiscal Policy) and intending to start 4th OPM enabled organization. For this 4th organization we want to use Lot Costing but as system only allows one costing method to be used per LE can we have below workaround? 90% of my Raw materials and 100% of my FGs are Lot-Controlled. If I Include only New Org-Item combination in Lot Cost Items form and change Lot Costing method on Fiscal Policy then Question 1: Will system consider only those New Org-Item combination which included in Lot Cost Item form for Lot costing? Or even the Items which are Lot-Controlled but not specified in Lot Cost Items form? |
