Fixed Asset - leases

Hi there,

I found that oracle FA module have leases function in Super User responsibility.

Would like to check that:-

1. Any payment will be made or the cost & depreciation will be charged to the account if I create a Lease Detail (lease type - capitalised)? Or it is just for calculation to do Payment Schedule?

2. If I already capitalised the leased asset thru Mass addition, and want to link the lease detail to the asset, any impact to the cost and depreciation? Will it have double entry (from asset itself and lease detail)?

3. What is the different between "Fixed Asset module - Leases
