Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi

In Turkey, Government does allow to enter Credit memos in Oracle AR. instead a return invoice is entered in AP.

How do we handle it in Oracle.

How does this information get picked in Statement of Account?

Has any one implemented Oracle R12 in Turkey? How did we handle this requirement.
