Dear Expert,

The customer hit the Invalid data when access order entry screen, when customer clear the jdbj database cache, it resolved the issues.

Can you guide me how to troubleshoot this issues?

When the issues happen, the following been collected in the log.

Error processing login: null com.jdedwards.services.login.LoginException:4:The list of Environments and Roles was returned unexpectedly.

12 Nov 2018 12:40:55,789 [SEVERE] xxxxx - [JDBJ]            SQLException occured in the SQLPhysicalConnection.insert(): | Vendor code = 0, SQL state = null | Table or View Name = F5542SOF | Data Source = Business Data - PROD com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: A result set was generated for update.
