IP18.6 to IP18.10 need IRM?

Hi Team,

We are planning to run upgrade from Siebel 8.1.1.10 to IP18.6.

Wish to know what is the procedure to move from IP18.6 to IP18.10?

It's IRM or just applying patchset?
