Oracle Diagnostic -- Receivables

I am trying to run a test to Receivable Application using Application Diagnostic .

Diagnose --> Tests --> Select Application --> AR --> Transactions --> Transaction Data --> Execute

The error was clearly suggested that the selected responsibility cannot access the target customer trx id due to it is belong to specific operating unit.

I have chosen Receivables (XXX) User with the correct OU specifically for the Customer Trx ID, still below error is showing.

ERROR -
Customer trx id xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx    belongs to operating unit 'OU: xxxxx  which the selected responsibility cannot access

ACTION -

Choose a responsibility which has access to this organization to collect data for this transaction or enter
