Cost Budget in a Foreign Currency

Dear All ,

We have a requirement for defining the project cost budget in a different currency other than the Ledger Currency..Currently we are on 12.1.3 .There is a note on  2208795.1 which says this is not possible .

Would like your inputs on this , whether it can be done ,or there is a different workaround to achieve this... any inputs on this would be great...
