NSLDS File Layout update effective December 23, 2018

October 31, 2018, it was announced a new format for NSLDS file layout would be in effect beginning December 23, 2018.  I'm not seeing a specific bug or note of some kind tracking the progress on development.  Where might I find the right number so I can follow?  This will be a tight turn around with the holiday's so timely information is very critical.
