Kit Balancing window is not showing up at P4205

Hello All,

My client is using JDE 9.2 and we have an issue when user trying to pick confirm Kit parent line using P4205 , Kit Balancing window is not showing up for users but I was able to see it when I try prod and in non-prod.

We have a setup not to display components in P4205. Once enter the SO for Kit item ,its component lines are defaulting to blank location(Primary) lot for item and branch which does not has the enough quantity to satisfy the kit parent line quantity entered in SO . We cannot change the component lines location manually from anywhere but from Kit Balancing window.
