Is there a way to link multiple facility codes to one branch plant ?

We have a scenario where on branch plant has multiple DCs. SKUs based on their attributes we store them in different DCs. Is there way to setup multiple facility codes under one branch or any other SKU setup to determine the 'Ship-To' code while placing inter-company transfer orders ?
