Data pump : impdp ORA-39346: data loss in character set conversion

Dear All,

I got these issue during the data pump import :  ORA-39346: data loss in character set conversion for object TABLE_STATISTICS:...

database source : 11.2.0.3 (Full expdp)

database target : 12.2.0.1+CPU july 2018

Both databases have the same value for:

NLS_CHARACTERSET=AL32UTF8

NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET=AL16UTF16

The import run well  before having this message:
