Few days ago our SADMIN user of siebel production locked on Database due to which siebel application servers connectivity with DB and gateway server broke. We unlocked SAMDIN user at database level and restarted gateway services. After restarting gateway services all siebel application servers established connectivity with gateway server and database but ecom components on siebel AOM servers went part offline for which we also restarted AOM servers services. But after a day, JMS component running on siebel nonaom server showed some issues of slowness in business queues processing whereas JMS component was in running state. After this JMS component
