Service Contracts additional fees

Hello,

We manage Service Contracts in some countries where we have to include specials fees in the contract price (due to local regulation) .

Is there any way to include, in a Service Contract,  a line which would be not ‘Service’ nor ‘Usage’ , but only about a product which would be a pure financial item (something like an ‘additional tax’ ) ?
