Does item History cover shipped transactions but not yet sale updated ?

Dear All,

1. Does item History ( F4115 ) gets updated with  shipped transactions but not yet sale updated ?

2. If an order is raised in the current month , but gets sale updated later after 2 months , is item history updated for current month or after 2 months for this sale order ?
