Re upgrade (objects/security/users only) JDE 9.1 from E811

HI,

I have done upgrade E910 from E811 five month ago. We are still not Go.Live on E910.  We are using the E811.

Our developer and administrator have made many change in E811 like customization and security/users change . I will required to re upgrade PY910 from E811 with security change.

Please suggest the best practices for re upgrade PY910 with users/security.

There are also some custom table and business function.

Please refer some document for re upgrade .
