F1207 Status 01 PM's show no percent due.

Have a implementation in V9.1 where PM Scheduling is starting against an existing fleet. When a new PM is added (e.g. a Status 01) the Last Completed defaults to the date acquired. For a calendar based PM of 45 days, if the last completed isn't updated to a date where the calculation is less than 100%, the % due isn't populated when the R12807 is run and no new PM's are generated.

Today Date = 11/14/2018

Last Completed >= 09/30/2018

Percent Due is calculated and a new PM generated when due.

Todays Date = 11/14/2018

Last Completed = 11/01/2017 (Date Acquired from Eq. Master).

No Status 01 Percent due is populated,and no PM is generated, even though the % due should be
