Missing marker (filter) information in Loadmeasure utility

All,

I'm getting the below "missing marker (filter) information: Processing whole data file" note in the log file while loading measures. Any idea why log capturing this type of message. However, the file gets loaded properly.

Our RPAS version is 15.0.3.88 and RDF version is 15.0.3.87. Any inputs will be helpful.
