UOM conversion question

So we have item A and the UOM is FEET. However the supplier sends Item A in 66 ft. rolls...so we need to order accordingly. We have 1 ft. = 12 inches. 1 roll = 1 piece and for item A an interclass conversion of 1 piece = 792 inches However something is not working quite right. Is there an obvious setup we are missing?
