Unable to load the SR dashboard <The request to the customization store failed. Error: Unable to loa

Hi,

I am unable to navigate to the SR dashboard. Below error was prompted when tried to clicked on dashboard hyperlink.

The request to the customization store failed. Error: Unable to load ../../../LandingCustRequest status:500

Tried same from multiple browsers and encountered same error.

As a work around used SR navigator to browse SR's and below error was prompted.

Operation failed. Previous exception. Errors.SIEBEL_CONNECTION_ERROR. start fault message: Invalid Token not Authorized :end fault message

Can someone please review and help
