How to track the logic of IBY payment template logic

Hi,

I found the below condition in payment xsl template file, can you please let me know how to track the logic of below path. Is it defined somewhere in any IBY package or some setup is there? Can someone please advise.

xsl:value-of select="/OutboundPaymentInstruction/OutboundPayment/xxxx/xxxx" />
