SO line not getting prices correctly.

We have upgraded our instance from 12.2.2. to 12.2.7. In the upgraded instance SO line is not getting priced correctly. Pricelist is getting defaulted correctly but as soon as we enter the Item and the QTY, the pricelist is getting changed to the secondary pricelist of the defaulted pricelist though the item is there in the defaulted pricelist and which is active.
