Purge Serial Numbers which is no longer required in System ?

Hi Team,

In System There are around 1ML serial number present which is no longer required and no transaction Pending .

Buz of same mistake  while defining the serial Number in the beginning  all the data still present in system , not after you 4 year we need to upload the new serial number but as precious  number is already present we can not upload the new serial number .

Can you please guide me is there any specific API or Seeded Program which will help me to purge all inactive and incorrect  serial number in system .
