FTI ETL and Data Mapping

in Oracle Transportation Management (MOSC) Question

Hello,
I'd like to know is there a way to customize the mapping, between the OTM Data base and OBIEE (Oracle BI data base), which is already done automatically by the ETL?
Another question, are all the fields(columns) from OTM data base loaded into Oracle BI Data base ? If not, can we add new fields to the OBIEE data base based on fields already existing in OTM data base, if yes, How?
How can we visualize (and also execute SQL request) the Oracle BI database?
