Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. The Credit rule has one day for option override manual release and still the order has no hold

Hi,

Please help us on the below issue

1 - We have submitted the Credit Check Processor request with scheduled to be run every two minutes.

2 - We have a credit rule with override manual release option with one day as form # 1 below.

3 - The sales order number 10047589 has a hold and we released it yesterday as form # 2 below.

4 - Today the Credit Check processor request has not put this sales order in hold !!.

We would like to know why the sales order has not a new hold according to the setup in the credit rule setup.

Where is the problem ?
