RPAS - different calcs for different weeks within a measure

Good day, hopefully someone can help me please.

In RPAS planning I have the following :

elapsed (last week )

lead time (eg: 3 weeks)

Sales R

If i have a lead time of say 3 weeks :

In actual weeks the number will be the loaded actuals for Sales R

Future weeks are planned

BUT

How do i set the no of lead time weeks (this case 3) starting from the first week after elapsed to use a different number or calculation to the weeks that start in the 4th week after lapsed?

Can i set a different number / calc within that lead time (always 3 weeks after elapsed)?
