Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can someone help in configuring BSSV from scratch. Specifically, what software component goes on what machine and the steps involved in configuring.

I apologize for asking such a beginner question, but reading the Oracle documents has me confused...
