Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Create Shipping Parameters throws error FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-

Order Management Set Up issue.

Navigate to the Shipping Parameters Form and enter all the relevant details (first time set up)

Commit then following error is displayed: FRM-40735: ON-INSERT trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-04062.

All ONT forms have recently been recompiled.

Can't see anything specific on MOS. Anyone suggest a solution please? Many thanks.
