Variable Rate for Spouse Life Not Being Calculated

I am having an issue with calculation of spouse life insurance rate based on age, using a variable rate profile.  When enrolling, there is rate assigned.

Derived factor:

  • Name: Spouse Age 0-29
  • UOM: Year
  • Age to Use: Persons Spouse
  • No Min
  • Max 29
  • Determination: As of Event Date

Variable Rate:

  • Multiple of Coverage
  • Criteria > Derived Factors > Age = Spouse Age 0-29

Standard Rate:

  • Variable rate is assigned to the Standard Rate in the normal way
